jQuery Mobile: Dynamic Footer Active Buttons with CSS

This tutorial is a follow on from JQUERY MOBILE: DYNAMICALLY ADD FOOTER OR HEADER TO EVERY PAGE in which we set up our footer so that it loads from a separate file (footer.html).
